Safeway performs an assessment and plans the stages of a project to be ready to work with the proper permits, plans, equipment, and experienced workers to effectively:

• Excavate, grade and backfill
• Complete drainage and water calculations
• Control traffic as needed
• Pave (asphalt or concrete)
• Tamp RCA bases
• Construct sewers and drainage systems
